Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Studs
Place your unworn jewelry back in its original Studs pouch and box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once our warehouse inspects the items.
